Consultations are by appointment only; home visits and telephone advice are provided when necessary. Emergency after hours care is provided by a qualified locum service.

Appointments on the weekend are booked on the day. New patients are encouraged to make their first appointment during the working week.

Albert Park Medical Centre bulk bills all Veterans Affairs and full old age pension cardholders. All other patients are charged the standard surgery fee; Sundays and public holidays attract a surcharge of $10. Payment is expected at time of consultation by eftpos, credit card, cash or cheque.
